While we currently do not offer returns or refunds, we understand that sometimes an exchange may be necessary. Please read our policy below carefully.

  • Exchange Period:
    Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Eligibility for Exchange:

    • The handbag must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
    • The original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
    • Exchanges are applicable only for defects, wrong product received, or size/style exchange (if applicable).

  • Not Eligible for Exchange:

    • Products damaged due to misuse or not in original condition.
    • Items purchased during sale or clearance periods.
    • Custom or personalized products.


📦 How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Share your order ID and clear product images showing the issue or reason for exchange.
  3. Once approved, our team will guide you through the pickup or return shipping process.


🚚 Exchange Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for sending the item back to us safely.
  • Once the returned product passes our quality check, your replacement will be dispatched within a few days.
